  • Punctuality is essential to an appointment based business. Arriving more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled time may result in rescheduling.
     
  • Cancellations: we require 24 hours advance notice. We understand unforeseen circumstances will arise, but clients who have missed an appointment without notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $40 and will be asked to secure future appointments with a credit card deposit.
     
  • In order to ensure your color appointment is scheduled correctly, we suggest a consultation ahead of time. You will be required to make a deposit on any first-time color services requiring two or more hours.
     
  • The Salon is a Perfume-Free Zone. Several staff members have chemical sensitivities, so we ask our clients not to wear perfume or cologne when they visit us.
